Valerie, No he did not charge me for the photo, but many times I do give them some change.. I didn't even notice that about the charge for photo, until you mentioned it!

Just sharing, I saw one with a sign that said: "give me money or I will vote for Obama AGAIN!"...or something like that. Yes, indeed, so many people with interesting way to earn a buck.
